What this website collects, in plain English.

Short version: we count visits so we know the site is working, and we use what you put in the booking form to call you back. That's it.

Visit counts (Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and clicks. It tells us things like which pages people open, roughly what city or region a visit comes from, whether it's a phone or a computer, which website or search sent the visitor here, and when someone taps our phone number, email address, booking button, or map link. Google Analytics uses cookies (small files stored by your browser) to do this.

We don't send your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type into the booking form to Google Analytics. We have not turned on Google's advertising features.

Want to opt out? Google offers a free Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The booking form

When you send a service request, the form collects your first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you picked, pickup or drop-off, your pickup address or city (optional), and your description of the problem.

The form runs on Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. Netlify stores your request, and a copy is emailed to our shop inbox at pcparamedic2@gmail.com. We use it to call you back about your request.

If you'd like us to delete a request you sent, call or email us and ask.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information.
