How Are We Doing?

I had great service in the past with PC Paramedic, but this encounter in home today updating and replacing my current iPhone and iPad replacing my old versions was GREAT, Owner Tony (Anthony) did above and beyond today as he made these updates and upgrades. He explained what was happening. He was patient with my questions. If you need help with your mobile phone, your computer please call his company. Super good company to contact with an owner who wants the customer to be happy! Really special in these strange days.

As a Realtor, my computer is critical to me. I recently lost all of the data on my computer and the staff at PC Parmedics resolved my issues and restored my data. Took my daughter's iPad in today as a piece from her charger broke off in the port. A member of the PC Paramedic staff (I believe Ryan) took the unit back and within 5-10 minutes had the piece removed. Not only were they quick, but I was not even charged. Great customer service and I highly recommend based on prior work they have done for us as well!

Fast service & very knowledgeable staff. We had two computers down, back to back, and PC Paramedic got us back in service quickly. If you purchase hardware here, ask questions - you will get honest answers and good advice. Tech changes, so you might get something different from what you had, e.g. solid state drive vs. conventional hard drive. You'll get straight talk about what's going, and they will make sure you're comfortable with the service and purchase.
